2. User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information for booking, shipment, and invoicing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments comply with all applicable transport laws and do not contain prohibited or illegal goods.

Adequate packaging, labeling, and documentation must be provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are determined based on weight, volume, distance, and service type.

All invoices are subject to applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.).

Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the invoice.

Delayed payments may attract interest or late fees.

4. Liability

Express Roadways takes reasonable measures to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Liability for any loss is limited to the declared value of goods or as per the applicable insurance coverage purchased by the customer.

5. Insurance

Customers are encouraged to avail shipment insurance. In the absence of insurance, Express Roadways’ liability is limited as per standard carrier rules and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, images, and trademarks displayed on expressroadways.in, belong to Express Roadways. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Service

Express Roadways reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any customer who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of courts located in 608, Crown Heights, Near Crown Plaza Hotel,
Sector 10, Rohini, New Delhi, India.
